We are all trying to lose weight and get healthy right? Whale I started my own friends and family support group by the name Whale Watcher's Weight Loss Program© or WWWWLP©, for short !
We have been working the program for 2 months now and we have lost a total 130 pounds and counting. I wanted to share with you the email I sent out today to my friends and family. Let me know what you think?

Good Morning Whale-Watchers,
I am very happy to report some big numbers this morning for our delightful group. We, as a group, have lost over 130 lbs and that is with just about 50% of the voters(whales) reporting in to me so far. That is wonderful, fabulous and exciting. I don't know what other adjectives to use. I feel so happy and proud to hear how well you all are doing.
We are two months into this program, and some of us got off to a slow start, and we have had

some obstacles to overcome, but look at those numbers, amazing. We are losing weight and getting
healthy at the same time. :)

PLEASE ! We are on our way to another fine day, and another month of continued good healthy eating and losing weight.
If for some reason you have reached a plateau, don't panic. This is normal when losing weight. There are things you can do to restart your metabolism. Check out the website at http://www.webmd.com/diet/ features/10-ways-to-move- beyond-a-weight-loss-plateau One of the suggestions is write down every morsel of food you eat for few days, after we are on
a diet for a few weeks, we have a tendency to add more calories back
into diet and this will stop weight loss. Also, another tip is to use
visualization, close your eyes and think about what you want to look
like when you have reached your weight loss goal. Do this everyday and you will be successful ! This is how I lost 40 pounds. I went from size 20 to size 16.
