Happiness Journal

Hi Ya All,

I wanted to share an idea that I saw in the Good-housekeeping Magazine for February 2012.
It has a picture of Jennifer Hudson on the front cover. She has lost 80 pd with Weight Watcher's.
She looks fabulous. The article I want to share is called The Happiness Journal. It is a one sentence journal of happy thoughts or events in your life each day. If you wrote one sentence every day for
five years, you'd capture over 1,825 memories. Remembering happy times and events from the past is one of the best ways to make yourself happy in the present. You can keep this journal for yourself or it would be great to give to a child, grandchild, spouse, friend or whomever. You can just jot down one sentence or more depending on how much time you have that day. You don't want it to be a burden,
just a way to share our happy thoughts about our lives. I hope many of you will take this advise and start your own happiness journal. I already have some great entries in my journal and I just started this yesterday. My first journal was to write about a bike ride up on the levy of the Mississippi with my husband Steve and talking with my daughter Chrystal Lee last night about doing this blog !!
